WHAT WE ASSESS
Conditions We Commonly Evaluate in Adults
ADHD — the most common condition we evaluate for professional exam and workplace accommodations. Many adults with ADHD are highly successful but find that timed, high-pressure testing conditions expose difficulties that their compensatory strategies can't fully offset.
Learning Disabilities — dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia affect adults as much as children. Many adults have never been formally evaluated and are surprised to discover that the difficulties they've always attributed to effort or intelligence have a neurological basis.
Autism Spectrum Disorder — adult ASD diagnoses are increasingly common, particularly among people who masked effectively in childhood. A formal evaluation provides both diagnostic clarity and documentation for accommodations.
Processing Speed & Working Memory Difficulties — even without a formal diagnosis of ADHD or a learning disability, significant processing speed or working memory differences can qualify for accommodations on professional exams and in the workplace.
Anxiety — when anxiety rises to the level of a diagnosable condition that meaningfully impairs performance under testing conditions, it can qualify for accommodations. Documentation requirements are rigorous and a comprehensive evaluation is typically required.
WHAT TO EXPECT
How It Works
1. Free Consultation We start with a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation where we discuss your history, your planned exam or workplace situation, and your timeline. We'll explain exactly what the evaluation involves and what the documentation will look like.
2. Comprehensive Testing Testing typically involves six to eight hours across one or two sessions. We assess cognitive ability, academic achievement, attention and executive functioning, processing speed, working memory, and other domains relevant to your specific referral question.
3. Written Report Your report is completed within two to three weeks of the final testing session and is written specifically to address the documentation standards of the organization you're applying to. If you're applying to multiple organizations, we discuss this upfront and structure the report accordingly.
4. Feedback Session Every evaluation concludes with a dedicated feedback session where we walk you through the findings, answer your questions, and help you understand what comes next — including how to submit your accommodations application and what to expect from the review process.
PLAN AHEAD
Start Earlier Than You Think
The full process — from initial consultation to accommodations decision — can take four to six months. Testing organizations have their own review timelines, and some request additional documentation before making a decision.
We recommend contacting us at least three to six months before your planned exam date. If you're working under a tighter timeline, tell us during your consultation and we'll do everything we can to accommodate it.

Adult ADHD & Neuropsychological Testing
Many adults discover in their 20s, 30s, or beyond that they're neurodivergent—ADHD, autistic, or have learning differences that explain lifelong experiences of thinking and processing differently. Our evaluations provide diagnostic clarity and access to accommodations that honor how your brain works.
We offer two types of adult ADHD evaluations:
Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation (8 hours)
Full assessment for workplace accommodations, professional exam documentation, or comprehensive diagnostic clarity. Includes complete cognitive and achievement testing, attention and executive function measures, and detailed written report.
Abbreviated ADHD Testing (2 hours)
Focused evaluation for treatment planning and medication management. Includes clinical interview, ADHD rating scales, and diagnostic report with treatment recommendations. Not appropriate for accommodation requests.
Which evaluation is right for you?
We'll help you determine this during your free consultation.
We also evaluate adults for:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis
Workplace accommodations (ADA)
Executive functioning differences
Learning differences affecting work or graduate school
Memory and cognitive concerns
Diagnostic clarity for treatment planning
Common reasons adults seek evaluation:
💭 "I've always struggled with organization and focus, but thought everyone did."
💭 "I'm successful, but everything takes me twice as long as it should."
💭 "My child was just diagnosed with ADHD, and I see myself in the symptoms."
💭 "I've always felt different socially, and recently learned about autism in adults."

WHAT MAKES OUR EVALUATIONS DIFFERENT
Comprehensive by Design
Not all neuropsychological evaluations are equal — and testing organizations know it. Applications supported by brief screeners or clinical letters are frequently denied.
Our evaluations are comprehensive by design, involving six to eight hours of direct testing across multiple cognitive domains, and written specifically to meet the documentation standards of the organization you're applying to.
We have over 20 years of experience conducting accommodation evaluations accepted by LSAC, state bar examiners, the AAMC, ETS, GMAC, and other licensing bodies. When you come to us, you're not getting a generic report — you're getting documentation built for your specific situation.
